As puppies are sold, they are removed from the website. All puppies are sold as pet quality. All pups are sold with a contract
and a health guarantee. (please call for details)
All parents are on site, and if you wish to
visit our kennel. Please contact us so we can set it up with you.
All puppies have been vet checked at 6 weeks
old, and they have received their first set of puppy shots. Puppies that are being picked at 7 weeks old. Any puppy that needs
to be flown, must stay here until it is 8 weeks old. It needs to have a health certificate from the vet, stating they are
healthy enough to fly.
All pups go home with AKC application, and a
puppy care kit. You can have your new puppy micro chipped with a Home Again microchip, for $35.00 Please let us know, if you
want this.
We feed Nutro puppy chicken and Nutro Max beef
to all of our adults.
We require a $100.00 deposit to hold a puppy.
All deposit are non-refundable, only credited towards another pup.
We sell our pups for $450.00 unless stated otherwise
by the picture. The $100.00 deposit is subtracted from total price.
We offer a $50.00 discount to repeat buyers.
No matter if you buy the puppy right away or years down the road... This discount is also given to family members.

We accept all major credit cards, and pay pal.
Payments can be made thru our website or can be taken over phone. After it is approved, you will be mailed your receipt and
2 copies of a holding contract, keep one for your records and one has to be returned to us within 10 days of date of receiving
it.
If we are holding a puppy for you, and you choose
to make your payment via money order or check. (all checks must have drivers license and phone number on it.) It must be received
within 5 days or the puppy will be re-listed back on our website. All checks and money orders must clear the bank, before
receipt and holding contract are mailed out.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
All deposits are non-refundable… We understand
things happen, that may prevent you prevent you from getting a puppy. That is why your deposit is always good towards another
pup.
If you pay for puppy in full, with or without
shipping. And you are unable to get your puppy. The money, will be credited towards another puppy. Buyer is responsible for
any difference in price of puppy and/or shipping costs. AT NO TIME, WILL WE REFUND MONEY. ONLY CREDIT, TOWARDS ANOTHER PUPPY.
Disclaimer: Make sure this is the puppy you want before you
place a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Don’t try to manipulate around our deposit policy – it is a legal
contract. Be aware that when you place a deposit, the contract says deposits are non-refundable, then they are. When we accept
deposits to hold puppies (whether it is for a few days, a week or months), this puppy has been removed from availability and
held for your purchase. In addition, we have spent a great deal of money and time, communicating with you, sending pictures,
processing your purchase and turning away other interested families in the process.
